Realization period: 06.10.2017. - 01.05.2018.

Course Goal: Provision of trainings for selected occupations, for up to 200 trainees from vulnerable groups of youth (age 18-35) with particular focus on returnees, Roma and potential migrants. The measure focuses its efforts in selected labour market policy measures: skills trainings for known employer or for the labour market in order to enhance the opportunity for employment.

Empowering young Roma families II

CLIENT: Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA)

Realization period: 01.09.2017. – 01.12.2018.

Course Goal: The realization of informal education of 30 young Roma men and women through the realization of vocational training programs for various vocations is envisaged to be set-up with a focus on the needs of the children, their families and the wider Roma community in terms of grants for work tools, support for establishing and running their own company or linked cooperation.

Vocational trainings for unaccompanied minors

Course Goal: To provide a response to the current social need of developmental, functional, basic and supplemental education and enhancement through practical and functional vocational training for 50 unaccompanied minors which include such vocations as: tailors, painters, make up artists, manicure and pedicure, etc.

Training for physical and technical security of people and property and preserving order at sports events and public gatherings

Course Goal: Meeting security needs in order to increase the productivity in the environment by protecting people and assets. Implementation of good security practices in place which will allow people to feel safe at sports events and public gatherings.

Economic Empowerment of Roma women: increased capacity for employment and self-employment

Realization period: 22.11.2016. – 20.05.2017.

Course Goal: The overall objective of the project is aimed at improving the socio-economic situation and improving the social inclusion of Roma communities, especially Roma women. Project activities will contribute to greater employability of the Roma and competitiveness in the labor market, motivation to asset job and start their own small business.

Empowering young Roma families

Course Goal: The realization of informal education of 100 young Roma men and women aged 16 – 30 who live in the municipalities of Zemun and Novi Beograd through the realization of vocational training programs for various vocations. The support mechanism is envisaged to be set-up with a focus on the needs of the children, their families and the wider Roma community.

Course Goal: Youth with Disabilities Forum and Academia Educativa conducted computer training for the disabled with the purpose of promoting basic computer literacy by enabling trainees to use basic computer functions in order to meet professional or personal needs.

Seminar: Communication skills

Realization period: August 2015

The goal of the seminar: is for the students to learn communication skills and techniques, to actively listen and transmit the message and to encourage efficient communication. Students are trained to recognize and overcome the barriers in communication, to develop their own communication styles in order to improve business communication.

Training is intended for the mid-level managers.

Course work method is interactive, workshops with exercises and with numerous examples from practice.

Seminar: Conflict management

Realization period: September 2015

The goal of the seminar: Is for the students to learn conflict management skills, to perceive the causes and the structure of the conflict, to actively use conflict management techniques. Training includes acquiring skills that help in identifying the cause of the conflict, the skill of pro-active communication, as well as creative and developing approach to conflict management.

Training is intended for the mid-level managers.

PROFESSIONAL ENHANCEMENT

Academia Educativa has accredited programs for professional enhancement of the teachers, professional staff and directors for the school year 2010/2011 with the INSTITUTE FOR ADVANCING EDUCATION at the Ministry of Education.

1. Energy efficiency – air, water, bread of the 21st century
